About the role At Middlepoint, we are looking for a new service star to join our team!

In this role, you will work on-site at our client’s office – a modern accounting firm where sustainability and employees are at the forefront. The office is located in newly renovated and pleasant premises in the city center, where you will become a key part of creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

As a receptionist, you have overall responsibility for the office and contribute to a harmonious and inspiring work environment. You welcome clients and employees with world-class service and are given great freedom to develop routines and take initiatives that contribute to a positive experience and a pleasant workplace.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Welcoming employees and clients
  • Maintaining order in shared spaces and conference rooms
  • Handling phone calls and emails
  • Office rounds and general upkeep
  • Bookings and orders
  • Mail handling and courier services
  • Contact with suppliers
  • Organizing breakfasts, coffee breaks, and other events
  • Arranging activities and decorations for various holidays

Who are you? We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking significant personal responsibility. You have an eye for what needs to be done, take initiative, and possess the ability to plan and prioritize your work.

You are service-oriented and enjoy contributing to a well-functioning and pleasant workplace. You take pride in planning and executing smaller activities that strengthen team spirit and create a welcoming atmosphere.

With a positive attitude and genuine engagement, you make both colleagues and visitors feel welcome.

Requirements for the position

  • Previous experience in a receptionist role or similar position in an office environment.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Completed upper secondary education.

About the employment

Employment: Permanent position with a six-month probationary period.
Scope: 100% full-time.
Start date: August 2026.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, approx. 07:30–16:30.
